UBA’s history dates back to 1948 when the British and French Bank Limited (“BFB”) commenced business in Nigeria and the erstwhile STB and CTB both in 1990. First City Monument Bank
FCMB was incorporated as a private limited liability company on 20 April 1982 and granted a banking license on 11 August 1983.
